Local Order and Shipping

Customers can place their order(s) via comments or email at myplayland@gmail.com . Upon confirmation of order, payment should be made within 3 days or item(s) will be released for sale. (A bank account number will be sent to you for payment). We will ship the item(s) only upon receipt of payment within 3 days. Shipping is only within Singapore, we will not ship internationally. Customers will need to pay for shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. All shipping will be made via registered mail unless requested.

For small items (earrings, accessories, etc)
Registered Mail : SGD $2.50
Normal Mail : SGD $1.80

For bulky items or bulk order if any (shoes, bags, perfumes, etc)
Registered Mail : SGD $8.00
Normal Mail : SGD $5.00

Should an item be unavailable, we will contact customers within 5 days. We will not be responsible for any damages, poor handling of item(s) or lost packages caused during shipping.

Item(s) sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Prices and availability are subjected to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend the above or stated charges at our own discretion in future. We also reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.

Payment Mode

We will only accept fund transfer payments by OCBC or POSB. Upon confirmation of your order, we will email you an account no. for you to transfer the SGD $ into. Payment should be made within 3 days or item(s) will be released for sale.
